The American Recall Center has put together a great little infographic and blog post about how to avoid slips, trips, and falls. As they say in their post, “With a third of people age 65 and older reporting a fall each year and two-thirds of that number falling again within six months, falling poses a significant risk to seniors in their daily lives.” [Carol, add a sentence or two of personal flavor/opinion/perspective here.]
Here’s the graphic with a checklist of steps you can take to make sure you can keep taking steps. 🙂 (Click the graphic to have it pop up full size.)
They go into more detail on these points in the full blog post.
Thanks to the American Recall Center for reaching out to share these helpful tips!
